A 100% Chardonnay Metodo Classico left at least ten years on the lees, first made in 1989.

Tasting notes

Colour moving toward gold with last flashes of straw. Ripe yellow fruit, banana, then mango and papaya with a lively citrus thread, yellow flowers, peanut butter and dried fruit, light toasted wood. Firm, savoury, with notable length.
