A young-drinking Nebbiolo from the estate's Monforte vineyards, first made in 2013.

Tasting notes

Brilliant, bright carmine red. Ripe cherry in front with violet and red flowers, then rhubarb, gentian and officinal herbs. Ready palate with delicate tannins, a hint of minty talc and a toasted hazelnut finish.

Guyot, 4,000 vines per hectare, yield 45 to 50 quintals per hectare
Vinification
Fermentation at controlled temperature on the skins; 6 to 8 months in barriques, then about 6 months in concrete.
Storage
Expected lifespan 10 to 15 years. Formats 0.75 L, 1.5 L. First vintage 2013.
