A Pinot Nero rosé Metodo Classico with at least five years on the lees, first made in 2003.

Tasting notes

Crystalline, onion-skin colour with coppery tints and fine, regular bubbles. Crisp red fruit, blood orange and citrus zest, yeast recalling toast with orange marmalade. Crisp, clean palate of currant, blueberry, raspberry and orange; persistent and balanced.
