A Chardonnay and Sauvignon blend fermented and aged in concrete, first made in 2013.

Tasting notes

Pale straw of medium density. White peach and loquat, a light elderflower note and a slight vegetal hint of Sauvignon. Clean and precise, savoury, with an almond-like finish and good length.
