A single-vineyard Barolo from the Cappella S. Stefano site in Perno, first made in 1993.

Tasting notes

Clear carmine turning garnet, almost brick. Fine, composed nose where fruit, flowers, spice and balsamic notes fit together, with a light vanilla touch. Balanced palate of soft, velvety tannins and gentle freshness, with a long finish of dried aromatic herbs and fine spice.
