Rocche dei Manzoni Valentino Brut Elena

The estate's first Metodo Classico, made in the Langhe since 1978, from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay.

Tasting notes

Lively, medium-deep straw yellow with many fine bubbles. White peach, loquat and apricot, pronounced elderflower, a crisp freshness and a note of fresh bread crumb. Evolved but fresh, with a citrus note and fine savouriness.
