Bussia Dardi Le Rose Riserva Beppe Colla
By Poderi Colla, Langhe, Piemonte, Italy
A limited-production riserva dedicated to Beppe Colla, made only in great vintages, selected from the best cask after harvesting the Bussia vineyard in 6-7 successive passes. The estate extends bottle ageing rather than additional time in wood, keeping each vintage until it is ready and balanced.
Tasting notes
Intense garnet red colour, wide and elegant bouquet gently spiced with hints of dried flowers, sweet spiced fruits and incense. Opulent structure on the palate supported by soft tannins, with ripe fruit and liquorice, and outstanding ageing potential.
