Poderi Colla
Poderi Colla is a family winery in the Langhe founded by Pietro Colla and continued by his sons Beppe and Tino Colla, with the next generation, including Federica and Pietro Colla, now involved. The estate comprises four properties: Cascine Drago in San Rocco Seno d'Elvio di Alba (25 hectares, 14 vineyards), Tenuta Roncaglia in Barbaresco (13 hectares, 8 vineyards), Dardi le Rose in Bussia Soprana, Monforte d'Alba (8 hectares of Nebbiolo), and Bricco Bompe in Alba (1.5 hectares of Barbera, home to the modern underground cellar). The vineyards lie in the Langhe south of the Tanaro river at altitudes of 210 to 400 metres, on Sant'Agata Fossili marl soils rich in clay and limestone.
