A Nizza DOCG made from 100% Barbera, aged at least 12 months in oak (50% barrique, 50% large barrels) plus bottle ageing.
Tasting notes
An intense ruby red color with garnet highlights. Floral and fruity bouquet with prevailing ripe red fruit and dark berries, with a pleasantly spicy finish. Fresh and elegant on the palate, showing a perfect harmony between tannins and softness. Its finesse and persistence make it extremely enjoyable.

- Grape selection and gentle crushing/destemming. Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 C. Maceration for about 13 days with frequent punching down and pumping over. Aged for at least 12 months in oak (50% barrique, 50% large barrels), plus further ageing in bottle before release.
