A Gavi DOCG from the commune of Gavi, 100% Cortese, vinified in steel with a fresh, mineral profile.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow color with greenish highlights. Fresh nose with floral and citrus notes. Elegant on the palate, well balanced between acidity and softness with a slightly mineral finish.
