Intense ruby red color. Aromatic bouquet, rich in red fruit and floral fragrances that fully express the freshness of this wine. Elegant and pleasant on the palate, balanced between acidity and softness with intense aromatic persistence.

- Harvested in September when the bunches reach full ripeness and a perfect sugar/acidity balance.

- Grape selection and gentle crushing/destemming. Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 C. Maceration for about 10-12 days with frequent punching down and pumping over. Aged in stainless steel tanks plus further months of ageing in bottle before release.
