Tasting notes
Brilliant garnet red color. The bouquet is rich in ripe red fruit and red and violet flowers, with spicy and tobacco notes on the finish that evolve and intensify with time.

- Harvested in the second week of October, by hand with careful selection in the vineyard.

- Further grape control and gentle crushing/destemming. Vinification in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 C. Maceration for about 15 days with frequent punching down and gentle pumping over. Aged in fine oak barrels for 18-20 months, plus further ageing in bottle before release.
