A Moscato d'Asti DOCG made from 100% Moscato, gently pressed and cold fermented to retain natural effervescence and aromatic sweetness.
Tasting notes
Brilliant straw yellow color. Intense, typically aromatic nose with floral and honey notes. Fresh, fruity and elegant on the palate, with the characteristic pleasant sparkle.

- Harvested between August and September, at full ripeness with a perfect balance of sugars, acidity and aromatic components.

- Soft pressing of the grapes, must stored in a tank at -2 C, followed by fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature up to 5% alcohol content. Part of the carbon dioxide produced during fermentation stays trapped, giving the wine its natural effervescence. Further micro-filtration before bottling gives transparency and purity and prevents further yeast fermentation.
