White
Ninin
By Le Marie, Pinerolese, Piemonte, Italy
A skin-fermented native white aged briefly in used barriques. About 1,000 bottles a year, 12.5% vol.
Tasting notes
Golden yellow with amber reflections. Complex nose with delicate aromatics, ripe banana, citrus and tropical fruit. Fine on the palate with a nice acidity, persistent, great length, slightly tannic, delicate aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Excellent all-meal wine, to try with medium and long-aged cow, goat and sheep cheeses.
