A Malvasia from Assarti, fermented cool and aged in steel. About 9,000 bottles a year, 12.5% vol.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Broad, delicately aromatic nose with pear, citrus and sage. Fine, fresh and persistent on the palate, with good length and a delicate aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Starters, risotto and fish pasta, and medium-aged cow and sheep cheeses.
