Passito DOC dessert wine made from dried Moscato grapes from the Bricco Quaglia vineyard in Mango (CN), first produced in 1998 with about 2,000 bottles a year.
Tasting notes
A beautiful golden hue, offering aromas of dried fig, ripe orange, and chestnut honey. On the palate, rich and sweet notes, with an enjoyable acidity giving a clean and fresh finish.

- Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, followed by 96 months of ageing. Finally, bottle-aged for about 3 months.
