Tasting notes
An explosion of fresh perfumes, with raspberry and rose nuances. Red fruit flavours well integrated with aromatic, light and delicate aromas. Fine tannins and breathtaking elegance.

- Vinification
- Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 14-15 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used (second-passage) French oak barrels, followed by ageing of minimum 9 months. Then refined in the bottle.
