White
Riesling
By Isolabella della Croce, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
The minerality of the soils and the altitude bring out the wine's aromatic finesse alongside a fresh, dry and persistent palate.
Tasting notes
Clear, light straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose opens with lime, rosemary, thyme and other aromatic herbs, with subtle wax and a very light hydrocarbon note underneath. On the palate it is fresh and vertical, dry and savory on the finish, with the same aromatic notes returning on the retro-nasal olfaction.
Pairs well with
Pairs well with fish and shellfish dishes, first courses with white truffle, white meat and poultry, or simply as an aperitif.
