Tasting notes
Very clear deep straw yellow. Broad, intense nose of wisteria and honey. Full, intense and musky on the palate.

- Vinification
- In September the cane is cut in half, leaving 50% of the bunches on the vine and separating the rest; the grapes are de-leafed. After pressing, fermentation at a controlled 18 C. Part of the wine ages in 225-litre Allier oak barrels for a year, then 6 months in bottle before sale.
