Tasting notes
Ruby red with violet reflections and an intense red-fruit nose with evident cherry. Soft, harmonious and velvety, with the typical bitterish aftertaste and mainly fruity notes.
Pairs well with
Simple dishes such as cured meats and cheeses; also suited to a whole meal.
