Tasting notes
Ruby red with orange reflections. Typical varietal nose with notes of plum, cherry and rose. Fresh and intense on the palate, with savoury tannins and good balance.
Pairs well with
Aperitif when served fresh; at room temperature with simple dishes, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
