Tasting notes
Ruby red with garnet reflections. Intense, lightly spicy nose with fruit notes. Soft and slightly tannic on the palate, with the sweet notes of wood ageing.
Pairs well with
Cured meats and medium-aged cheeses; truffle first courses; red and white meats.
