Tasting notes
Garnet red. Intense, complex and elegant, with floral violet, fruity blackberry and raspberry, and spicy black pepper and coffee. Dry, warm and soft, with velvety roundness and discreet tannins.
Pairs well with
Game, braises, roasts, hard and medium-aged cheeses and international cuisine.
