Tasting notes
Very clear ruby red with garnet shades with age. Intense, ethereal, winey and fruity nose with a note of violet. Fresh, intense and frizzante on the palate.
Pairs well with
Cured meats, meat starters, rabbit salads, first courses with ragu or sausage, veal and pork main courses, cotechino and zampone.
