Tasting notes
Deep ruby red. Varietal, spicy nose. Dry, characteristic, good body with a lot of tannin.
Pairs well with
Cold cuts, hors-d'oeuvres, pasta dishes, cheese; recommended with spicy food and ethnic cuisine.
