Nebbiolo from the Santo Stefano hill in Perno (Monforte d'Alba) and several vineyards in Castiglione Falletto, matured in Slavonian oak for 6 to 8 months.
Tasting notes
Garnet red with purplish highlights. Fruity nose of ripe grapes, vinous, intense, varietal. Dry, round, well-bodied and tannic.
Pairs well with
Red meats in general, cheeses in general, main courses.
