Tasting notes

Garnet red with orange highlights. Complex, very fruity, elegant, intense nose. Excellent body with power and stuffing, full and well balanced.

Estate-grown bunches, thinned during the summer, undergo traditional-style floating cap fermentation for 15 to 20 days, then are matured in medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels for about 30 months. Bottled four years after the vintage. Expected cellar life 10 to 25 years.
