Tasting notes
Deep ruby red tending to violet. Winey, strong, fruity, varietal nose. Very dry, typically bitterish, intense, elegant, well balanced, full of personality and stuffing.
Pairs well with
Can be served throughout a meal; particularly recommended with red and white meats, soups, pasta and risottos.
