Roero Arneis DOCG from vines planted between 1981 and 1991 at 280m altitude, fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks and briefly aged in steel before bottling.
Tasting notes
Refined and elegant, with clear notes of acacia, pear and peach and touches of tropical fruit. Soft and persistent on the palate, fresh and balanced with a savoury finish.
Pairs well with
Seafood, fried red mullet, or vegetable soup.

- Vinification
- Grapes are hand-picked in September. After destemming, gentle pressing and a brief cold maceration, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks for about 21 days. Aged about 6 months in steel tanks and 3 months in bottle.
