Tasting notes
Aromas of violet and rose, fruit-forward, with notes of cherry and more violet. Elegant, lively structure, fine tannic grain, freshness and great drinkability.
Pairs well with
Extremely versatile: holds up to substantial dishes, suits casual country-style spreads and relaxed aperitifs, and is enjoyable even in the warmer months.

- Grapes are hand-picked in October. After gentle pressing, the must ferments on the skins in cement vats for about 15 days, with daily pump-overs and a délestage halfway through. Aged for several months in large 50hl French oak casks.
