Barolo DOCG produced entirely from grapes grown within the commune of Serralunga d'Alba, aged 18 to 36 months in 50hl casks of Fontainebleau oak.
Tasting notes
Cocoa and chocolate, ripe raspberry, plum and peppery notes. Savoury and juicy, soft through the mid-palate.
Pairs well with
Grilled liver sausages, long-cooked red meats.

- Grapes are hand-picked in October. After gentle pressing, the must ferments on the skins in cement vats for about 25 days, with daily pump-overs and a délestage halfway through. Aged 18 to 36 months, depending on the vintage, in 50hl casks of oak from the Fontainebleau forest.
