- Harvest
- By hand, in the first part of October
- Vineyard planting
- Guyot training, 4,500 vines per hectare. Average vine age around 10 years. Total area about 1 hectare.
- Vinification
- Fermentation and maceration: 7-9 days in stainless steel at 26-27C. Ageing: 6-8 months in French or Slavonian oak casks (20-40 hl), 2 months in stainless steel and 2-3 months in bottle. Bottled at the start of the second year after harvest.
- Storage
- Ageing potential 4-6 years
