An aromatised wine created at the end of the 19th century for medicinal purposes and later adopted as a meditation wine, made by infusing the estate's Barolo with a mix of herbs and spices.
Tasting notes
Garnet red with orange reflections; an intense, complex, spicy nose; a pleasantly soft, velvety and balanced palate.
Pairs well with
As an aperitif, as a digestive, or with chocolate-based desserts.
