- Harvest
- By hand, in the first half of October
- Vineyard planting
- Guyot training, about 4,500 vines per hectare. Average vine age around 20 years. Total area about 1.2 hectares.
- Vinification
- Fermentation and maceration: 6-8 days in stainless steel at 25-27C. Ageing: 5-6 months in stainless steel and/or cement, at least 1-2 months in bottle. Bottled May-June after harvest.
- Storage
- Ageing potential 3-4 years
