Harvest
By hand, in the second half of September
Vineyard planting
Guyot training, 4,500 vines per hectare. Average vine age around 40 years. Total area about 1 hectare.
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration: 6-8 days in stainless steel at 25-27C. Ageing: 5-7 months in stainless steel or cement, at least 1-2 months in bottle. Bottled May-June after harvest.
Storage
Ageing potential 3-4 years
