Moscato d'Asti DOCG, 100% Moscato from 1.7 hectares in San Marzano Oliveto, first produced in 2008, gently pressed and fermented slowly to about 5-5.5% alcohol.
Tasting notes
Aromatic, lightly sparkling (frizzante) wine, straw yellow of varying intensity, with a musky bouquet recalling freshly picked grapes in the glass.
Pairs well with
Pairs well with panettone and Christmas sweets, dry pastries, fruit tarts and all fruit-based desserts.

- Arched Guyot training; average vine age 35 years; yield about 90 quintals/ha.
- Vinification
- Grapes gently pressed after being picked and delivered to the cellar in 20 kg crates to keep the bunches as intact as possible. The free-run must, from low-pressure pressing, is chilled to 0°C, filtered and held there until about a month before bottling, when a slow fermentation is allowed to run to 5-5.5% alcohol.
