An aromatized wine based on Barolo that has finished three years of ageing, infused with about 30 herbs and spices.

Tasting notes

Bright, lively cherry ruby. On the palate 'sweet yet not sweet', with a marked spiced aromatic character recalling rhubarb, china bark, cinnamon and spice, and a fine wine-like expression. Notes of plum in spirit and cherry, well balanced, pleasant, with calibrated sweetness that never goes too far.

Pairs well with

A fine digestivo, good with chocolate desserts and dry pastries; can also be served over ice as an aperitif.

Made from Barolo that has completed three years of ageing, flavoured with about 30 herbs and spices macerated in alcohol for 40 days. This aromatic extract is added to the wine, which then rests two months to reach full harmony before bottling.
