Red
Zinzasco
By Diego Morra, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's classic Barolo, a blend of Nebbiolo from La Morra and Verduno aged around two years in wood before release.
Tasting notes
Good structure with gently orange-red colour from correct ageing in tonneaux after a long maceration and soft crushing, full warm tannins and alcohol, and lightly spiced floral notes of rose.
Pairs well with
Second courses of meat, braised dishes, or long-aged alpine cheeses.
