A steel-fermented varietal Chardonnay grown on a small plot in Verduno, without malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes
Luminous yellow colour, delicately perfumed with notes of apple and citrus, with a correct acidity that exalts freshness.
Pairs well with
Fish dishes, white meats, vegetable-based appetizers, and delicately flavoured risotto.

- Yield capped at about 100 quintals per hectare.
- Vinification
- Grapes are hand-picked and lightly pressed whole-bunch to free the must, which ferments without skin contact in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of up to 20°C for 25 to 30 days; no malolactic fermentation is carried out. The wine then ages in steel for 4 to 5 months, resting at least 2 months in bottle before release in April or May following the harvest.
