A light, peppery red made from Pelaverga Piccolo, aged only in stainless steel.
Tasting notes
Not too intense in colour, with brilliant, vibrant red tones typical of the variety. The predominant character is a richness of spice, with warm, intense, enveloping notes of pepper.
Pairs well with
Rustic dishes, salumi and aged cheeses, first courses and main courses.

- Last ten days of September.
- Vineyard planting
- Yield capped at about 90 quintals per hectare.
- Vinification
- Fermented and macerated in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of up to 25°C for 6 to 8 days, then aged in stainless steel for 4 months. The wine rests at least 2 months in bottle before release in April or May following the harvest.
