Tasting notes
Medium-structured yet soft, with typical aromas of cherries and other fruit and a complex floral bouquet. Made to be drunk relatively young, with ageing potential of up to 5 years.
Pairs well with
First courses of prosciutto, salami, Alba beef tartare and vitello tonnato; excellent with pizza and pasta, red meat and aged cheeses.
