Bricco Boschis Vigna San Giuseppe Riserva
By Cavallotto - Tenuta Bricco Boschis, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Barolo Riserva from the Vigna San Giuseppe parcel inside the Bricco Boschis MGA.
Tasting notes
Great structure with elegance and complexity. Fruity first perfumes followed by floral notes, then spices, all open and intense. Generally excellent cellaring potential.
Pairs well with
First courses of prosciutto, salami, Alba beef tartare and vitello tonnato; best with red meat, but also grilled fish, white meats or hard aged cheeses. Also dark chocolate desserts, or as a wine for meditation.
