Tasting notes
Excellent structure with the typical aromas and flavours of Barbera grown in the Barolo zone: red fruits and red flowers, open and intense. Excellent ageing potential.
Pairs well with
First courses of prosciutto, salami, lardo, Albese-style beef carpaccio and vitello tonnato; pasta, pizza, red meat, grilled fish or robust white meats, aged cheeses.

- Fermented with indigenous yeasts, macerated with a submerged cap for 10-15 days. Aged in Slavonian oak casks for 15-18 months, then 6 months in bottle before release.
