Tasting notes
Made entirely from Nebbiolo, usually from the youngest vines. Excellent structure with the typical Bricco Boschis aromas of red fruits and flowers, with spices, all open and intense. Great ageing potential.
Pairs well with
Appetizers of sliced meats such as prosciutto or salami, Alba beef tartare, vitello tonnato, pasta, simple red meat dishes and seasoned cheeses.

- Vinification
- Fermented with indigenous yeasts, macerated with a submerged cap for 20-35 days. Aged in Slavonian oak casks for 15-18 months, then 6 months in bottle before release.
