Tasting notes
Well structured and complex with an intense bouquet of red fruits, particularly cherries and strawberries, plus flowers and spices. Ageing potential up to 8 years.
Pairs well with
Appetizers of sliced meats such as prosciutto, salami and lardo; Alba beef tartare, vitello tonnato, pasta, pizza, simple red meat dishes and seasoned cheeses.

- Fermented with indigenous yeasts, macerated with a submerged cap for 3-5 days. Aged in Slavonian oak casks for 12-15 months, then 6 months in bottle before release.
