Bricco Boschis
By Cavallotto - Tenuta Bricco Boschis, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Nebbiolo from the Bricco Boschis MGA, from the parcels Colle Sud Ovest, Vigna Punta Marcello and Vigna San Giuseppe.
Tasting notes
Optimal structure with already soft tannins and an open, intense perfume that combines power and elegance. Complex and fragrant, it can be enjoyed young but has great ageing potential.
Pairs well with
First courses of prosciutto, salami, Alba beef tartare and vitello tonnato; best with red meat, but also grilled fish, white meats or hard aged cheeses. Also dark chocolate desserts, or as a wine for meditation.
