A barrel-aged Nebbiolo from owned vines in Nizza Monferrato.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with slight violet reflections turning garnet. Clean, intense, complex and spicy, with evident oak and light floral and fruity notes. Dry and savoury with sweet vanilla notes, good structure and persistence, and firm tannins.
Pairs well with
Red meat main courses or game.

- Vinification
- Grapes from owned vineyards in Nizza Monferrato, Bricco area. Traditional vinification with about 10 days of skin contact, then held at 23 C for malolactic fermentation. The following spring it goes into small French oak barrels for about 12-14 months (9-14 in the PDF), then further ageing in steel before bottling.
