Tasting notes
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Fruity, with pineapple and peach and light oak blended with the varietal aromas. Harmonious, fresh and persistent.
Pairs well with
Starters and light first courses, fish or white meat main courses, fresh or lightly aged cheeses.

- Vinification
- Destemmed grapes pressed after about 24 hours of cold maceration; the free-run must ferments in temperature-controlled tanks at 18-20 C. Rests on the lees for about 3 months, then matures for a few months in small French oak barrels with a little of the lees.
