A young, ready-to-drink Barbera d'Asti from an old vineyard in Nizza Monferrato, bottled without wood ageing.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with slight violet reflections. Fruity and appealing, with plum and marasca cherry; good structure. Soft and persistent on the palate.
Pairs well with
First courses with tasty sauces and meat main courses, especially red meat; also fine with bread and salami.

- Vinification
- Grapes from owned vineyards in Nizza Monferrato. Traditional vinification with skin contact for 12 to 15 days at about 24 C (8 days according to the PDF), then held at 23 C for malolactic fermentation. Bottled in April with no ageing in wood.
