Red
Campo Rosso
By Caudrina, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
A young, fresh Dolcetto d'Alba made in the traditional way and meant to be drunk soon after release.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with violet-garnet reflections. Fruity with blackberry and raspberry notes. Dry, savoury and warm on the palate, with good structure, persistence and soft, pleasant tannins.
Pairs well with
An all-meal wine, particularly good with tasty first courses and white meat main courses.
